Get beat count in latest duration.

Usage

Call "Action:Beat" to increase the beat counter, each beat will have a time-stamp. The beat will be dropped if the time-stamp of this bet is out of interval, and the beat counter will be decreased. The interval is set by "Interval" in properties table.
Get current bet counter value by "Expression:BeatCount".
