Introduction
Running ticks during suspend status.
It works fine in browser on pc, and node-webkit.

Usage
Sample capx

Set "Enable" to "Yes" in properties table, or set by "Action:Set enable" to enable this feature.
Frame rate while running during suspended is set at "Frame rate" property, or set by "Action:Set frame rate".
"Condition:Is awake" will return true if in awake running
